Keri WestMore About Kari West

Kari spent years in courtrooms recording others’ testimony. After her 22-year marriage ended in an unwanted divorce, she told a friend, “If I survive, someday I’m going to write about this.” Today Kari’s words grace national and international publications, audio tapes for the blind, greeting card copy, and anthologies, including Chicken Soup for the Soul and God Allows U-Turns.

Responding to the needs of people affected by divorce and single parenting, she co-authored When He Leaves: Help and Hope for Hurting Wives and has appeared on television and radio, including Focus on the Family, Marriage and Family Today, On Main Street, Woman to Woman, and 100 Huntley Street-Canada. Kari’s most recent book is Dare to Trust, Dare to Hope Again: Living With Losses of the Heart, now available in the Chinese language.

Kari’s transparency and warmth make her a popular speaker at women’s events, divorce recovery groups, single-again retreats, and writers conferences. Click here for information on Speaking Topics, Testimonials, Speaker Request Form, Kari’s Articles, and Books.
