| In today’s environment polluted with throwaway values, slick
rhetoric, and virulent deception, finding hope is as rare
as sighting a butterfly. Substance abuse, child abductions,
and domestic violence are rampant. Depression and eating
disorders afflict young women in epidemic proportions.
Families hemorrhage from divorce as more and more husbands
chose internet porn and liaisons outside of marriage over
their wives. No wonder in the United States a woman attempts suicide every
94 seconds, and every 86 minutes she takes her life. But we need not live as those who have no hope. |

Take Hope To Heart™ is
a ministry to help women “not lose heart (2 Corinthians 4:16)” but
dig deep into Biblical truth, cultivate faith, and grow their
relationship with “the God of hope (Romans 15:13),” who is greater than their worst
fear or circumstance.
Kari West, founder of Take Hope To Heart™, is a member of the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association, a professional support group of today’s
leading Christian women in publishing and speaking. Her messages are down-to-earth: bad things
happen to good people, life-giving to
anyone grieving the death of a dream, and uplifting to
those needing encouragement. Her
mission statement: To convey hope and purpose, while showing Christ the healer of hearts.
She draws from a deep well of seasoned faith and experiential wisdom
that includes raising a learning disabled daughter, surviving unwanted
divorce, being a single working mom, and reconciling with health
issues.
Inspiring women to take hope to heart.
